Tree Burglars

Mama:  Should we make a Christmas ornament for Chris & Rachel?
Caitlyn: No!
Mama:  Why not?
Caitlyn:  Because they don't have a tree!
Mama:  I guess you're right, they might not have a tree...
Caitlyn:  So, what do they do for Christmas?
Mama:  Well, this year they're coming to visit us.
Caitlyn:  Yeah!  (very seriously) To our house?
Mama:  Yes, they'll probably come to our house.
Caitlyn:  And they will see our tree?
Mama:  Yes they'll see our tree.
Caitlyn:  And they will ask to take our tree?
Mama:  No, I don't think they will ask to take our tree.
Caitlyn:  They can NOT take our tree.
Mama:  Don't worry baby girl, I will make sure they don't take our tree!

Mango Medley

Caitlyn:  What kind of yogurt are you feeding Alex?
Mama:  Mango Medley.
Caitlyn:  Watch out for the medley!
Mama:  Why?
Caitlyn:  Because...is Alex old enough for medley?

On a walk:
Papa:  Look in the window, the man with the long white beard, it's Santa.
Caitlyn:  It's not Santa!
Papa:  Why not?
Caitlyn:  He's wearing a blue shirt, Santa wears red.  That's just some guy.

Check your calendar

On a walk to the park:
Caitlyn:  Mom, when can we walk around the block?
Mama:  Well, I thought you wanted to go to the park?
Caitlyn:  I do, but when can we walk around the block?
Mama:  How about tomorrow?
Caitlyn:  Alright, I don't have plans for tomorrow, so that would work just fine.
